return and replacement policy

we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products. however, we understand that there
may be instances where you might want to return or replace an item. this policy outlines our procedures for returns and replacements.

1. eligibility for returns
you can initiate a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:
• the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
• the item was ordered in india. we do not offer returns or replacements for international orders.

2. initiating a return
to initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1. write to us at care@gabblin.com or send a whatsapp message to us.
2. provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return.
3. our team will guide you through the return process.

3. processing returns
once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it. if approved, we will refund the amount to your original payment method.

4. replacement policy
if you received a damaged or defective item, please write to us at care@gabblin.com or send a whatsapp message to us within 14 days of delivery. we will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you.

5. exchanges
in case, you are not happy with the size of the item then you can write to us at care@gabblin.com or
send a whatsapp message to us within 14 days of delivery and ask for a size exchange. please note
that the first size exchange will be free of cost, however, you will have to bear the cost of
subsequent size exchanges.
